INTEGRATIVE AND FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION CONSULTATION

This package consists of an extensive nutrition assessment and evaluation including a thorough medical history, dietary and lifestyle assessment, symptom questionnaire, and anthropometric and lab value interpretation. Nutrition interventions are individualized to meet each client’s particular need. Individual appointment will last 60-90 minutes depending on the case. 

NUTRITION ESSENTIALS PACKAGE

This package consists of an extensive functional nutrition consultation plus 2 additional 45 minute follow up nutrition consultations.
